Your new role

• You will be the guiding force behind our clients’ transformations.
• Responsible for leading flocks through the sometimes choppy, yet exhilarating, waters of change: Quaking out change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
• Empowering and motivating our feathered friends to embrace the winds of change.
• Collaborating with various teams to assess the impact of changes and develop action plans.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders to keep them afloat and engaged throughout the process and navigating resistance to change and finding innovative ways to overcome obstacles.
• To be eligible, you must be an Australian Citizen.
• Additionally, hold a current Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required

What you'll bring to the team?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• Proven experience in change management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, theories, and frameworks, coupled with a creative mindset to apply the duck metaphor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and foster a positive and supportive change environment.
• Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and overcome resistance to change.
• Passion for ducks and an understanding of their behavior, traits, and symbolism to effectively utilize them as a metaphorical tool.
• Proactive and adaptable nature, capable of working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
